Though our Gluten Free menu items are Certified Gluten Free we are a high gluten restaurant. Therefore, our Gluten Free menu choice is referred to as Gluten-Friendly or GF and may come in contact with ingredients containing gluten. Though we take great care in keeping the GF menu choice from making contact with other ingredients we are not trained in the intricacies of Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance.
We are unable to provide recommendations on this issue.

We invested much time in finding the healthiest and best tasting gluten-friendly crust made. Not only is it the best tasting we could find but its one of the healthiest products and possesses most of the certification that our GF customers ask for.

In years past GF products tasted terrible. Now that GF products are far more available and more pleasing to one’s palette, we find customers regularly ordering the Glutin-Friendly option for a healthier choice without sacrificing on the experience.

The signature GF crust used at 700° is kept in a secure wrap until it’s ready for use. This reduces any potential exposure to cross-contaminants. Our pizzaioli (pizza makers) uses a specially marked set of prep and cooking tools to create our GF orders.
These tools are kept separate from the non-gluten friendly equipment.
